How to make money on eBay with joint ventures ...

How Would YOU Like To Make Money
On eBay With NO Customers?
Without Listing A Single Auction?
Or Without Mailing A Single Box?

"This is the cleverest way to profit on eBay that I have ever seen - and I've been a Power Seller for over two years!" exclaims eBay user Thomas Yager

What if you could make money on eBay ...

Without listing a single item? ...

Make money NO customers of your own? ...

Be totally unconcerned about competition (because you don't have any!) ...

You are INVISIBLE - so nobody can copy you? ...

Pay no eBay or Paypal fees? ...

Ignore eBay rules (because they don't apply to you?) ...

Deal with a handful of people, rather than hundreds or thousands of buyers? ...

Zero feedback? No problem! You don't need a single point ...

There is no financial risk - you simply invest is a few hours of your time ...

Best of all: build a mailing list of interested customers you can sell to again and again (and again and again!) ...

An impossible dream?

Not at all. I've done it dozens of times!

"WHY do I want to do a Joint Venture on eBay?"

Because you can build a huge mailing list of other people's customers so that you can sell products to them for a long time to come.

1. These eBay names are very high quality because they've already bought something! They've already proven - with their wallets - that they're interested in whatever you're selling. They're not just tire kickers and bored curiosity seekers.

2. Your eBay JV partner already has a positive relationship with this buyer so you are "borrowing" your partner's credibility.

To make it even sweeter, what if ...
You get paid for building this mailing list?

Your JV Goal =
1. BUILD A MAILING LIST
2. GET PAID FOR DOING IT!

"Sydney - You've done it again! Your Joint Venture class using eBay as a lead generator is practical, workable and brilliant! It's consistent with your Auction Genius course content and is a springboard to even greater profits."

"Thanks and well done!"

"WOW, what a great class. I can't thank you enough for spending time to teach me, and others in my class, about the Joint Venture possibilities. As always, you were right to the point and very clear with your information. Your visuals help so much in showing how it works...coming from a visual learner...this is very valuable to me."

"I thought the Joint Venture Class was one of the most exciting and valuable information I have received yet from being one of your students! When you talk about having multiple streams of income you mean it. Thanks for this wonderful class. I have to listen to it again and again."

Question: "What is eBay?"

If you're like most people, you replied, "eBay is an auction site, of course".
(Why did she ask such a stupid question?)

Actually, eBay isn't an auction site. Yes, its customers use
it for auctions but eBay itself isn't an auction site.

Here's what eBay really is ...

eBay is the biggest
source of CHEAP
traffic on the Internet!

At this time, eBay has approximately 240,000,000 registered users. These are Internet savvy, accustomed-to-doing-business-on-the-net buyers and sellers!

Not only that, but they're TARGETED traffic. If you're selling a watch on eBay, and a potential buyer is looking at your auction, then he must be interested in watches. Why else would he be looking at your ad, your eBay listing?

Why do most people click on their computer in the morning? It's because they're looking for information: the weather report, the latest news, the sport scores. But anyone on eBay knows it's not an information site, but only sells products. So anyone prowling eBay is a motivated buyer. They're not looking for information!

eBay is cheap, cheap, cheap. You can sell an item for a measly quarter. 25 cents! Heck, if you sell an item for $500, your total fees to eBay are under $20. What a bargain!

You see, most eBay sellers just don't "get" it.
They only think about the one time sale!

Sure, there are people making good money on eBay selling
items one at a time. But they're missing the REAL
profits, which are in backend sales, in building
relationships
with customers over time.

According to the National Sales Executive Association:

  • 2% of sales are made on the 1st contact
  • 3% of sales are made on the 2nd contact
  • 5% of sales are made on the 3rd contact
  • 10% of sales are made on the 4th contact
  • 80% of sales are made on the 5th - 12th contact

An unsolicited endorsement from one of my favorite people, Paul Myers:

"This One's Paying Attention"
===========================

I haven't looked at this book yet, and it's still getting a plug. Why?

1. It's ties eBay and joint ventures, so you can tap the auction market without having to list or mail boxes.

2. It's by Sydney Johnston, so you know it's something that will work.

3. It's a great example of someone paying attention.

I regularly talk about using standard approaches in different ways, combining techniques cleverly, and looking for new perspectives on old tools.

This could be handy for a lot of people who aren't in the"traditional" Internet marketing field, too.

It's under $20. If you don't think it's worth it after reading it, Sydney's good for it. I'm kind of doubting you'll have that problem, though. She knows her stuff.

P.S. Paul has a copy, now. :-)

"OK, I believe that the big money is in selling to
the same audience again and again. But where
am I going to get these eBay customers?"

There are only TWO ways:

#1. You do dozens, hundreds or thousands of auctions yourself, and - over time - build a bit customer list
#2. You do Joint Ventures with eBay sellers who already have big customer lists!
